When you engage the services of our team, the allocated project manager will contact you to introduce himself, and arrange an on-site meeting to confirm the plans he has are the correct certified construction plans of which he will ask you to sign; this will confirm and allow him to commence works. Your project manager will then provide you with a building program (Schedule) to inform you of what tasks are about to take place. The Stages Your project manager will meet you on site at each stage to sign off. He will walk you through the job to make sure the works performed are in accordance to the signed plans and your requirements. All mandatory local authority inspections shall be arranged by your project management team.
