It is meant for the trainee teacher who must constantly monitor his/her development as a teacher, it is for the practising teacher who likewise should monitor what is happening in the classroom and it is for parents, home schoolers and the business person who is interested in learning how to recognize just when a person is a powerful person (irrespective of his/her social position in life) and how to develop powerful, worthwhile people rather than individuals who strive to destroy others.
