Aluminium Pool Fencing

Aluminium pool fences are usually powder-coated; this makes them extra resilient to the chemicals found in swimming pools. The powder coats aluminium pool fence also provides extra protection against the rain, rust and oxidisation which are common problems with traditional wrought iron fences.

Aluminium gates usually open outwards, away from the swimming pool and have a self-latching mechanism. This is a safety standard to hopefully prevent small children and animals drowning in the swimming pool . There are also standards outlining how many bars the fence should have, the distances between the bars. Other safety standards also apply to the construction and installation of aluminium swimming pool fences.
