English netting is any type of tulle made from 100% cotton, suitable for wedding veils as the fabric is sheer enough. A stiffer fabric so tends not to drape as well as other fabrics. A wedding veil made from silk tulle means the veil is made from 100% silk and will drape and flow nicely.  A lovely sheer fabric, it can be used as a blusher layer within your veil.
